What she said! Also, I’ve never seen a real car with such tiny wheels, but perhaps that’s an intentional part of the ‘cartoon style’.

I wish I could do that. And for the small wheels .... it's said "cartoon style", and for me, it looks cartoon style.

Perhaps “caricature” would be a better word than “cartoon” here. Cartoons are generally flatter, lacking all those carefully crafted, photorealistic highlights and shadows. Caricatures, on the other hand, strive to look more representational, but with exaggerated features such as an abnormally large head on a person’s body in a portrait, or an unusually small set of wheels on a car.
