Photo / Export persona: How to define aspect ratio?

Recommended Posts

Hi all!

The export persona with the possibility to define slices is already a great feature.

I'm looking for the possibility to set the aspect ratio per slice independently of the pixel. One slice in 16:9, another in 9:7 ... and then I want select the size/area with the mouse. I don't find this possibility. Can anyone help me?

Thanks
Manu

Hi Manpro,

Welcome to the forums :)

Unfortunately creating slices by aspect ratio isn't currently possible, apologies! I'll move this thread to Feature Requests for our devs to see and consider adding in the future.

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!

Also wondering why this doesn't exist. I just started digging into the export persona more today and I almost can't believe this wasn't a day one feature... seems very odd you can't specify a slice aspect ratio, I kind of figured that was one of the main things the export persona was created for?  Sharing photos on different platforms, for different ad types for example, etc, seems like it would be a super common need.
