When I use a brush the first time after opened a file, the beta is freeze ofter.
In file manament (windows) I can see there are two exifinfo are running, close one of them the beta is working again.
I have this also sometimes in the release versin to.

System: windows10
Video: nVidia 1050 TI
Memory: 16 gb

Hey studio97,

Are you always working with the same file type? Does this happen on a standard PNG or a blank document?

If it's fine with a PNG or blank document, would you be able to attach a typical image you work with? Are you developing raw files?

in raw is this not happen, only after develement in persona. 
Its most when I use a PS brush. But what cause the problem is there are almost two exif process activated.
Close one of them will let you working further. I will make a screenshot when I working again on a file.
So I will come back to this.
