Initial download stalls/quits...help/comments...?

Just purchased Affinity Photo. The download is stalling/quitting after anywhere from 261kb to 26mb.

I have deleted the dmg and restarted the download a dozen times, all with the same result.

Any help or commentary, as the Affinity offices are closed until Monday?
