jackmcbrezel
Hello, I am new to the affinity products, so I assume, my question is relatively quickly answered ;-) I am doing a calendar for 2019 in the latest publisher beta. For the days section I am creating a table with the month in the first row. And here comes the point: When I am trying to duplicate the page or copy paste the page's contents to another page and change e.g. the month's name, the name also gets changed on the source from where I copied/duplicated it (what is not so nice since I want to have 12 different months ;-) ). But when I duplicate the page's contents, cut and paste them to the desired page, this "link" is broken and the original source is not modified when I change the new month name. So can anybody tell me if this is a bug or a feature. And if it's a feature, is there a more elegant way to duplicate my pages? Thanks! jackmcbrezel
Thank you :-) I am using Windows 10. I've appended a sample file which has this issue. Page 1 is ok but 2&3 are "linked". The only chance I have to copy my data properly is using the (Power)Duplicate (Ctrl-+J) function. Kalender2019.afpub
thomaso
Cute occurrence in the mac bug section. If I cut & paste your Januar text frame on page 1, then afterwards duplicates of page 1 don't have this feature anymore. jackmcbrezel
Oh, did I post it in the Mac-section? Sorry for that. I must have clicked somewhere wrong... :-(
