tovu87 Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 Hi! I'm new to Affinity and using the software now for a few weeks. In Photoshop, on the layers panel, is a slider for fill which is different than the opacity slider. Is there something that enables the same functionality in Affinity? To be more clear, here is an example of what I mean and this can't be achieved with the opacity slider: Quote
v_kyr Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 AFAIK no, see also the related: Quote ☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan ☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
tovu87 Posted December 7, 2018 Author Posted December 7, 2018 Thank you for the response! In the linked thread is this sentence: "This means that the same overall result can apparently be created, albeit with a different layer arrangement.", It would be great if you, or anybody else, has a suggestion on how this layer arrangement would have to be.
