How to? - minimum and maximum filter in Photoshop

As it says in the linked thread, Minimum Blur and Maximum Blur are not available as live filters (so they’re destructive).

In a post from 2015 they listed the filters, and they're there. I think they changed... It means, no more Minimum and Maximum blur, right?

Look instead under the "Filters > Blur > ..." menu option to find and see them, since those don't reside under live filters.
