rexxxx Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Hi, I have a little Problem and hope you guys can help me. I have a time laps camera, that takes 2 pictures. One picture with the right camera and one with the left camera. Each camera has also an fish eye lens. No I have to create a macro that does first compensate the fish eye effect from each picture, put each left and right picture together to one big panorama. I prepared an Link to a few files for demonstration.https://drive.google.com/open?id=1hl0vjQ_waNiAHzZq2AucC-_08Vgwzyjj It's important, that the created new pictures has to have the same perspective so that I can add them later to an video project to create the time laps. The actual Project contains round about 30000 pictures and for that I'm searching for a program to do the job. Thank you four your help, I'm using at the moment Coral Draw and Paintshop but If it's possible with Affinity I will buy the full version, at the moment I'm playing around with the Demo. Quote
Staff stokerg Posted December 6, 2018 Staff Posted December 6, 2018 Hi rexxxx and Welcome to the Forums, I can't currently see a way to this, you can record a Macro of the Lens Correction Live Filter to correct the Fish Eye but it's the joining of the 2 images that would be a problem, as i can't see a way to record that step as a Macro (i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong on this). Ok, Thank you for your reply,I hoped that some one else had an Idea but it looks like that it is not possible with that Software. Quote
Polygonius Posted December 17, 2018 Posted December 17, 2018 Macros are just a rudimentary, lazy developed... "state-of-the-art"-power-feature in AP: The Devs even "forgot" such rudimentary things like "record" text,/color/pen-tool... roundabout just the half of features is working in macros... and the "findability / or organization a/ or doing variations....." of macros (if you have dozens, hundreds...) is a laugh. Nope, special things like this... will not "macroed"... but even if, are you sure a macro could do the result you want? Your question seems very, very SPECIAL, each picture(s) will need lot of SPECIAL settings... you can try with equations... but however, this is also optimized for the recorded "file/dimension...." You can of course create a macro with the angle of 41,7 °..., but will this fit in your batch-case-scenario???? i´m not sure. However, what macros could (should) do... and what is buggy/forgotten/impossible... maybe here Quote OSX 12.5 / iMac Retina 27" / Radeon Pro 580X / Metall: on! --- WWG1WGA WW!
