Snapping Broken in Crop tool?

Formerly I would turn off snapping when cropping to get a fine tune on the edges so it would not jump

In this beta it seems to sump / snap anyway

Confirmations anyone?

Hold Alt. But the pixels will be divided, in this case.

And another way, create guides before, and snap to them.

You are correct and thanks for the response

The alt key temporarily bypasses but there is an unwanted change in the basic behavior that I believe needs to be fixed

If snapping is shut off one should expect it to be OFF

But if you use ALT, the pixels will be divided. 

And you need to remove the decimal places each time. For not to lose clarity when exporting.

That could be a problem.

Mine is jumping too. Release doesn't do this so I'm putting this down to the fact this is a new crop tool. I'll pass it on—thanks!
