Picture frame default?

Is there a way to change the picture frame properties default? I think I've done this in the past but I can't work it out now. It always defaults to Scale to Maximum Fit but I's like it to be Scale to Minimum Fit, Anchor top left. The Synchronise defaults from selection doesn't seem to work here.

I think this used to work before. You should create a bug report for this because clearly it doesn't work anymore.

I was about to make a thread about this too. Has anyone found a way to make "Scale to Minimum Fit" the default?

Edit, Defaults, Synchronise from Selection - followed by Edit, Defaults, Save seems to work for me on the Retail & Beta (Windows) versions. Try it.

Thanks! This did the trick, although apparently you have to set it up for each document.

Did you Edit > Defaults > Save? That sets it permanently for me.
