Staff stokerg Posted November 30, 2018 Staff Share Posted November 30, 2018 Hi fotojojo and Welcome to the Forums, I'm not aware of a method to create a Astroklar Light filter (i'm sure if anyone does they will post). One method for removing light pollution, which may depend on the image, would be to open the image, duplicate the layer, apply a blur to this duplication and then set the blend mode to Extract Subtract. This worked a very well on a light polluted image i had
v_kyr
To be a little bit more specific here, I doubt that you can resample a real physical light filter in an absolute general way here with macros etc. Since night and astro images do vary a lot in coloring and tonality, these will probably always need more individual fixing. stokerg 1 Quote ☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan ☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.

John Rostron
This looks to be Subtract mode. Is that what you meant?
