download Affinity photo onto a new Mac

I can find my download and keys page but cannot see the email used at the time on the page, what am I missing

Most Affinity customers using Mac purchased the software via the Mac Store, as the Mac Affinity suite has only been available directly  from Serif for a few weeks.

If you're one who purchased from the Mac Store you'll need to download from there for your new Mac. Serif would have no record of your transaction.

Welcome to the Affinity forum.

I think @walt.farrell has hit the nail here. Having looked at your account we can see that you claim the free Macro Pack before we began selling the MacOS versions of Affinity ourselves, so I'm very confident that you will have purchased through the Mac App Store.

To download a previous order, open the Mac App Store and select 'Purchased' and it will be shown in the list (You will need to be logged into the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the app).
