asan
Hi thanks Dan C, do you just go to file open? Ican open it in Illustrator cs 6 but things get moved around. I would like to work on it in AD.
Staff Dan C Posted November 29, 2018 Staff Share Posted November 29, 2018 File>Open should be no issue. Thanks for your screenshot, could you please provide me with the fh9 to the following link? https://www.dropbox.com/request/DNjnZ5zbmpgBk81jFtvH I note that .fh9 is followed by a (Converted)-2 caveat. How has this file been converted please? Quote Please Note: I am now out of the office until Tuesday 2nd April on annual leave. asan
I don't know about the "converted" part, this is the way I got the file.
Staff Dan C Posted November 30, 2018 Staff Share Posted November 30, 2018 Thanks for the file. Unfortunately it won't open in Adobe Illustrator either, when attempting to open the file I receive the following error: It appears as though this file is corrupted, as it cannot be opened in either program, with or without the (Coverted)-2 string after the file extension. I'd recommend contacting whoever supplied the file to you to fix this. Quote Please Note: I am now out of the office until Tuesday 2nd April on annual leave.
