Not completely true ;)  There is an Arrow Tool and it draws 'a straight line with an arrowhead on the end' as the OP is asking.

You are right in saying that it is not possible to add an arrowhead to a regular line.

Correct, dominik. To be more specific:

The tool, dominik is talking about, is „hidden“ behind the rectangle tool. But, as we all know, it is no real compensation for a genuine arrowhead tool, which can be applied to every line.

This is the fate of every new application: You can’t expect everything to be built in from the beginning. If we want that, I think, Publisher will be released after the climate catastrophe already has destroyed our planet. (Oh, I forgot, the climate catastrophe doesn’t exist. :))
