iambia Posted November 27, 2018 Share Posted November 27, 2018 In the middle of working, the screen turns white. At first I think I have zoomed in too far by accident. I am not...at least so it seems. See screenshot. It happened 3 times already. I try to zoom to fit, nothing happens. I must exit and reopen the document to restore it and see the entire thing again. So far, yes. Only with this file. I have deleted twice the images and used different images, but it happened again each time. Model A1964. iPad 9.7 inch. longeer Posted November 8, 2019 Share Posted November 8, 2019 (edited) Have you tried hard rebooting your iPad? I think it's probably because that the ram is overwhelmed by apps, and all the apps will be killed. Or just delete the app and reinstall it again. If these two solutions don't work, just restore your ipad with tuneskit ios system recovery, because it can restore the ipad without data loss.
