yeison0926
Hi guys. I purchased this vector brush pack from the Affinity Store a day or two ago and just now had the chance to play around with it -- and I'm a little confused. When I zoom in on a brush stroke, or when the stroke size is too large, it looks blurry, as if it was a raster brush. Am I doing something wrong here? Are these not vector brushes? Wosven
Hi, You're right, they are blury. They need higher resolution.

Jonopen
I’m fairly new to using brushes of any type in Designer but was also surprised at the blurry quality of the lines. I notice the included example file (rocks-glass) is quite large (approx 6000x4000pt, 72dpi) so I’m wondering if that holds the answer to getting the best out of these brushes, ie to set up the document size as if it were a bitmap for printing. I hope this is the case as I am/was planning on creating some fairly large (A3/300dpi) prints using these brushes. yeison0926
I'm so bummed out, you guys. I thought these would work like vector brushes do in Illustrator. But as @>|< pointed out, 5 hours ago, >|< said: The current AD vector brushes stretch (or repeat, depending on settings) a raster image along a vector path. So if you plan to use (these) brushes for large-scale illustrations, beware. Jonopen

It is also a bit odd for the DAUB® Watercolours & Washes: US price is normally $14.99; currently it is on sale for $9.99, which is 1/3 off.
