Haze removal does not working

When applying "Haze Removal", changes appear on the navigator but not on the main window.... (the photo is a RAF file from a Fuji X-T20).

EDIT : But when saving the .aphoto file then restarting Affinity Photo, I appears properly !

I am using JPG files and it seems to be working here

I am amending ... I just loaded an image and haze removal did nothing. On the lighter image it worked great on the darker on with a lot of haze - nothing

Seee what you can do with this image
