Publisher Beta Preferences

Version 1.7.0.174 preferences does not work to change interface. The background grey level, the artboard background grey level, and the UI gamma slider have no effect on interface. I am using an iMac 27 from 2014 operating with the Mojave OS. The previous version 1.7.0.164 worked properly as developed/design.  I am looking forward to the release of the Affinity Publisher beyond beta.

Hi James Sterling

Are you doing this with a document closed? If so try adjusting them with a document open instead as apart from the UI gamma the other affect document backgrounds not app backgrounds, there's a slight difference
