Why am I unable to download updates for Photo and Designer?

I never had any problems downloading and installing updates until after 1.2. Now it begins to download and after a couple minutes it reports failure in both Photo and Designer for Windows (running Windows 10).

Please could you make sure you don't have any antivirus blocking the download? Could you also please try downloading the updates with a different browser?

When I started with the oldest update I missed and worked toward the most recent update download and installed went without a problem.
