'New From Clipboard ⌥⇧⌘N' is disabled

I have raster image data copied to the clipboard from Preview.app and File --> New From Clipboard is grayed out.

This issue affects the Affinity Designer Beta too.

Yes it seems to be disabled when you have no document open. I've just checked release and you can do this without having a document open. I will pass this to the developers for you—many thanks!
