Keyboard shortcuts and "Leading"

Recommended Posts

Two items which could be questions or suggestions.

The two tools I use most are Move, and Text. Changing from Move to Text is easy - just hit "T". However, I can't find any shortcut for changing from Text to Move. It clearly isn't "V", which is assigned to Move, as that just adds a v to the text. Is there a shortcut which I haven't found ? If there isn't one, can there be one, as it's quite annoying ?

I've been using the "Leading" option quite a lot for adjusting my text to fit the available space. I've tried all the settings, but they all increase or decrease the spacing by quite large amounts, for one click of the mouse. i.e 11.4,12.8, 14.4. Is it possible to set it to increase by 0.1 point for each click ? If not, could it be ?

Hi @Chrisw5,

try ESC and then 'V'. ESC activates the text frame (or leaves the text input) and 'V' switches to the Move Tool.
