gregrg
Can we please have a feature to import an image from a device so that I can get images from my scanner. I thought it must be there or must be an existing request but I can't find it. Ideally this would allow an image to be accepted either as a new document or placed within an existing document. peter and malorny

R C-R
I would like to see AP support TWAIN protocols, in much the same way "under the hood" that Lemke Software's Graphics Converter 9 does. This is because some scanners & all-in-one printer/scanners still in wide use have not had their driver software updated for several years & are not supported "natively" by recent OS X versions. For whatever reason, the out-of-date TWAIN software provided with these devices often still works (& can be the only way to access the advanced scanning features & settings of the device), so it would be great if AP could use that software for image acquisition, like Graphics Converter does.
