New Document dialog looses bleed configuration

Here is a little one I found:

1. Open Publisher
2. Create a new Document (the Type: "Print" is selected)
3. Change the Type to "Print (Press-Ready)"
4. The new document is created with a 3mm bleed
5. Close Publisher
6. Open Publisher again
7. Create a new Document (now the Type: "Print (Press-Ready)" is selected)
8. Leave the type as it is
9. The new document is created without bleed

When you close Publisher, the last bleed configuration of the New Document dialog is reseted.

Edit: I realized that is not necessary to close Publisher. Simply creating a new document resets the bleed of the New Document dialog to 0.
