Gutenberg Posted November 20, 2018 Share Posted November 20, 2018 This is not good. When I tried to install the update 1.7.0.162 for Publisher, it failed to install on my Windows 10 computer. Now I cannot even open up the program at all. I tried to open it from all the previous updates and the initial download, but no luck. Next I tried to go into my control panel and delete/remove the whole program and start all over, but it does not even show it is there. What do I do from here? HELP!! It should help clean up any issues with installing/uninstalling apps. Then restart your machine and try installing publisher from scratch to see if it will let you install then?
