I'm not sure what's going on here but I just updated my publisher Beta (as the program suggested). Now all the sudden I can't save a particular document. Every time I try to make a change to the file and save I get an error message. (I'll attach it so someone can see what it is.) It seems to maybe be only related to this file? I've opened a few other Affinity publisher files, created a change, and saved without an issue. I've also created a few new files and saved without a problem. I'm not sure if its beta related or somehow my file became corrupt either way could use a little help!

Hi JHull,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
What version are you using exactly? We published a new beta yesterday (v1.7.0.167) that fixes some saving issues. Is this version that you are running? If so, where are you trying to saving the file? Are you using any external drive or NAS?

The same error. I noticed that this error occurs when I copy the embedded document in the Affinity Publisher and paste it again. I copied the SVG file created by Affinity Designer. When I place a file as a normal object, the error does not occur and I can save the document. I do not use NAS or external drive, this error occurs while saving file to local drive.

This problem has been solved. Please download the latest beta, currently 1.7.0.174 but any later one would be pinned to the top of the forum
