Tolu Posted November 12, 2018 Share Posted November 12, 2018 I installed Affinity Photo on my second computer and now it doesn't start anymore. Affinity Photo doesn't even start when only one of the machines is turned on. I deleted the %APPDATA%/Affinity/Photo/ folder on both machines and it still doesn't work. I also reinstalled the program twice and it doesn't work. It just crashes without an error. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However the same problem could be occurring on both computers. If possible could you try right clicking the app and choose Run As Admin? Was the app bought from our store or the Windows 10 store? Could you also please try right clicking and image and choose Open With > Affinity Photo to see if the app then opens correctly?
