Can't save file in v .162 which was created with prior Version

I have updated to Version .162 and now I encounter a problem when I open a file which I have created in Version .157 and try to save it. It tells me that the file could not be written. It doesn't matter where I try to save it (local machine or file server).

 

Ahh. A restart obviously solved the issue. All back to normal!

I could solve the problem on my Mac. I delete the preference Files in /$user/library.
