david_s
When I'm using Affinity Photo, my main goal is to take a RAW photo from my iOS photo roll and do some processing on it. I don't see any easy way to limit my selection of photos to ones with a raw version and I was wondering if there was an easy way to do that. If not, I think this would be a useful feature to add. If you also have a Mac you can use a smart folders to gather up all your RAW files into folders that you can then see on your iPad. At the moment I don’t think that can be done directly on the iPad but I’m optimistic that the new IOS Shortcuts app might be improved to allow selection of RAW from there, it already has a select all LIVE photos so should be just a small step to add that functionality. DM1
You could possibly use something like Cascable for iOS. The basic (free ) version appears to have a management system that can access camera roll, allow you to select raw files and group them in a folder. You can point affinity Photo to that folder and have access to only raw files. https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/cascable/id974193500?mt=8 Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
