flying_motion
Hi guys, do you know how I can avoid that some lines disappear? In the following picture the four blue inner circles disappear sometimes and to see them again I have to select the whole area.
dutchshader
Looks like there is no fill or stoke set to the circles, so the only thing you see is the blue selection stroke Quote intel core i5, 16GB 128Gb ssd win10 Pro Huion new 1060plus. philips 272p 2560x1440px on intel HD2500 onboard graphics Razer Tartarus Chroma

Staff Lee D Posted November 9, 2018 Staff Share Posted November 9, 2018 When they disappear have you tried zooming in/out it may relate to redrawing the selection.
Staff MEB Posted November 9, 2018 Staff Share Posted November 9, 2018 Hi flying_motion, Welcome to Affinity Forums Objects with no fill or stroke are not visible on screen (in default view mode). You can only see their blue outline and the corresponding bounding box when you select them. The purple lines you see in your screenshot are related with another feature: Snapping: Candidates and only appear when you have them enabled. To disable the purple lines go to menu View ▸ Snapping Manager... and change the Candidates dropdown to anything other than Candidate List. If you want to draw objects using just their outlines (no fill, no stroke) consider changing the View Mode to Outline (menu View ▸ View Mode ▸ Outline).
