There are different Affinity Apps, namely Affinity Photo for raw, image and bitmap (raster) manipulation and Affinity Designer which is more meant for vector based drawing and design works. - For compatibility with the 3D scene creation and rendering applications you meantioned, you need some exchange file format which all those support (the Affinity products and the 3D software) together via some import/export options. So it depends on which file format your DAZ Studio image work is then stored in order to be reused and manimulated further with any of the Affinity products.

☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan
☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
