Affinity program not opening

Hi nelson3d and Welcome to the Forums,

Can you try resetting both apps by doing the following:

Launch the app with ⌃(ctrl) held down until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Press the Select All button then press the Clear button. Note this will reset everything to app defaults - user preferences, palettes, macros, everything.

Please note that selecting all boxes will also reset keyboard Shortcuts, Brushes etc etc. You may want to save/backup them before performing a full reset. See the following video, on how to back these up before doing the reset https://vimeo.com/189596577

Please give us some information about your system.

Easiest way: click the Windows button, type about and press enter. That should give you the About Your System display. Just take a screenshot of that and post here, please.
