Affinity program not opening

Hello,

I'm having a problem with both Designer and Photo: the program closes as soon as I open it. 

Tried to install it again and the same happened again. 

Can you help me in this?

Hi nelson3d and Welcome to the Forums,

Can you try resetting both apps by doing the following:

Launch the app with ⌃(ctrl) held down until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Press the Select All button then press the Clear button. Note this will reset everything to app defaults - user preferences, palettes, macros, everything.

Please note that selecting all boxes will also reset keyboard Shortcuts, Brushes etc etc. You may want to save/backup them before performing a full reset. See the following video, on how to back these up before doing the reset https://vimeo.com/189596577

it doesnt work. Its very frustraiting not be able to install a software these days. Never happened to me.

Please give us some information about your system.

Easiest way: click the Windows button, type about and press enter. That should give you the About Your System display. Just take a screenshot of that and post here, please.
