Virag
When do expect to support raw pictures from canon eos 77d? I have seen that surprisingly it is not on the list of supported cameras. How long should I wait for that update?
v_kyr
Welcome to the forum! Support of additional cams and lenses etc. is usually applied with updated Affinity Photo (APh) versions, as far as the responsible modules (for RAW development and lens correction) have then been updated too and do include the needed data for new cam and lens models. - So there are chances that the Affinity RAW engine might support that cam in an upcoming APh version. Note: that under the latest MacOS versions you already can use an EOS 77D with APh when you switch the internal used RAW engine over to the Apple RAW engine instead. Since the latest MacOS versions do already supports that cam and APh for MacOS has the abbilitiy and allows to switch between the two RAW engines (Affinity's own one and the MacOS supplied one).
