We will aim to get back to you within 1 working day.' It also says quite clearly: 'if you have a technical question or problem in using our software, or indeed if you just want some advice, our support is provided online. I just tried it and it seems to work without problem! Delighted to be using Affinity Designer, Photo, and now Publisher, version 1 and now version 2. iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 17.4) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps.
