How to raise a support ticket?

No it doesn’t! It also says this:

It says quite clearly:

'Our customer service team will be happy to help with any questions or problems relating to orders, payments or your account.
To contact our Customer Service Team online, please submit a ticket using this form on our support portal and Affinity customers can email affinity@serif.com. We will aim to get back to you within 1 working day.'

It also says quite clearly:

'if you have a technical question or problem in using our software, or indeed if you just want some advice, our support is provided online. For all Affinity apps, please post your question right here on the Affinity Forums.'

@imacken, did you click on that link to "Support Portal"?  If so, you then need to click on Tickets and then "Start a New Ticket".

I just tried it and it seems to work without problem! :)

iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 17.4) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps.
