Shepton Rich
Apologies if this is not the right place to post, I have just bought a new iMac and migrated my data etc from a time machine back up. Affinity photo is running extremely slowly and keeps hanging to the point it is non workable. I was going to delete it and reinstall but I don't have a product key (not in my account, early download from the web) Any ideas thanks in advance. Shepton Rich
Hi Gabe I am not sure I think it was from the Mac app store.

The Mac App Store version doesn’t require a product key, since it includes an encrypted receipt which ties the purchase to your Apple ID. If you log in to the MAS using the same Apple ID, you should find Affinity Photo listed on the ‘Purchased’ tab and accompanied by a download button. Drag your existing program icon to the Trash, empty the Trash and then download a fresh copy of the app. v_kyr 1 Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.3.1 (iPad 7th gen)

The Open button means it is still installed on your Mac. Did you follow the advice to drag the program icon to the Trash? It should be in the Applications folder. v_kyr 1 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V23.0 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 Affinity Photo 1.10.8; Affinity Designer 1.108; & all 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.
