is every creation you made and shared included here?

Short answer is No:)

Long answer: This thread is really split into 2 sections;

Uploaded assets that are free to download (Blue links),
Shared work samples (assets and brushes) not so free to download (Red links) Currently these are mostly brushes

Really long answer::)

There are a number of other asset files that are not currently the forum such as the tree builders. There are currently  3 sets of tree builders and a forth one under development. Gnarly V2 is actually visible on the forum here but there are 2 others; Tree builder 01 and Tree Builder 02 that can be seen on my artstation account. In addition I have been working through upgrading both the brush assets (using 1.7 engine and generally improving the nozzles!/dynamics) and creating comprehensive vector sets from existing and new projects. There is only 1 of these visible on the forum under 'Poison' which is really for reasons of necessity (#100days100Commisions) the only project 100% complete here. This one took quite some time as it is a project consisting of over 300 brushes sets of styles, vector seamless patterns and a lot of vector assets. There are several others like this, again on artstation if you want to have a look. These include Camouflage I Camouflage II and Monster World (which is in 2 parts [plants and rock monsters]) Some of these assets are available on the forum within their respective threads in share your work.

There are  a lot of brushes not uploaded 1000's probably.. I am not going to count them.. I believe there are 6 x 120 brush sets just for texture project alone but they need reworking...but it does also leave me with 100's of seamless patterns..

There are a number of other projects that I am still working on...I am sure there will be more assets !..eventually...

Hey @StuartRc, unless I missed it but I think it would be very useful if you leave some kind of disclaimer on your first post on how these brushes can be used. Even if it's free, it's still helpful to know whether it can be only used for non-commercial/commercial projects and whether attribution is required (I had to search this topic to make sure).

Other than that, thank you for your contribution and continued updates!

Thanks...:) I thought it was pretty clear the brushes uploaded to the Forum in the Library are Free.... but I can adjust the wording on the top thread to make it more obvious!...I am not expecting any attribution.. Initially I built the library as a Free Resource... I have said this before...

...That said.. The project brushes which now form the bulk of the library are much more limited. There is a considerable number of brush sets that are displayed in 'Share Your Work' that have not made available on the forum...

The thread itself is really in 2 parts...The original Library Brushes and the Project Brushes.

Nice banner, but I don't think that "free" and "no attribution" are sufficient descriptors. They do not answer the question  that @nataliehm asked, which is "Can I use your brushes, assets, etc. to create commercial work?"

Some products, even purchased ones, are only licensed to be used for personal, non-commercial, purposes.

Your mention of "No attribution" hints at, possibly, an intention to release them under a Creative Commons CC0 license but without more detail there are users who will be concerned about what their rights are when using the materials you have so kindly made available :)

Thanks Walt!...Sure!..

I have read the CC License before (even though it is being updated to version 4.0)...I have just been back to have another read. I may be wrong but CC License is an attributable License....I am sure the assets/brushes etc. should have some form of License!... I could do this under CC but it was not my original intension.(maybe I should pick one and stick it on the banner!)..I certainly do not wish to go through all the assets and change their status!...Very few people have raised this as an issue; 3 I believe.

It is just that the Brush/Asset Library Project has grown a lot...over 4 years!  Also this thread consists of Assets given away and Assets that are at the moment just 'shared work' and not released to the Forum...It was created to make it easier to locate the threads in the Forum...

Licensing brushes just for personal use would make them pretty useless!....You need to have the ability to copy and change...and use them any creativity. Seeing them re-sold would be annoying, when they are supposed to be free...Still I could send a Dalek around to visit!:)

The other CC licenses require attribution. CC0 does not, as I understand it. It is a "this work is in the public domain and completely free and do whatever you want with no restrictions whatever" license :)

And yes, I understand that even trying to think about formal licensing and which terms to use can be frustrating, and annoying, when you'd just like to be creative and share your creativity. And I'm happy with what you have (and what you've provided). Just trying to explain a bit more about the difficulties some other users have pointed out.

Yeah!....:)..it is frustrating!

There are 2 CCO (one is a Public Domain Mark!).....Pretty much making the files completely free....but there are risks!..

I still have not decided what to do with the brush sets that have not been 'given way'...which is actually the bulk of the library!...and I am still trying to update the older sets. (1 more to do!)..then to the original library....eek! (not looking forward to that process! might have to consolidate!)

StuartRc thanks again for all the nice and werry beautiful assets and brushes.

But can I ask a little thing that are frustrating me a little when I try to find and install the latest updates.

Could you maybe add a V1-V2-V3 att the end it would help a lott when I update in Affinity to.  Just a suggestion 🙂

(Affinity realy should have a better way to install and sort all the brushes and assets, so you do not end up with duplicates multiple times,

a question if you like to replace the asset or brush with the same name would help a lot).

Absolutely!:)
I thought I had already!
I updated this list today to outline versions of each brush set. I am currently working on Project Brush 08 (Organics!)...Completely changing this set (sort of scrapping it and replacing with something better!)

There are only 3 updated versions (modifying/ improving!) available on the forum

These are:
Project Brush 04 Ammonite (ProjectBrush 04 - Ammonite)
Project Brush 03 Big T (ProjectBrush 03 - Big-T)
Project Brush 20 Pattern (ProjectBrush - Pattern Set 01, Pattern Set 02, Pattern Set 03, Pattern Set 04)

I should change this to include the Project Brush Set Number!

There is 1 updated Project Brush Set not on the Forum
Project Brush 06 Poison which is now Project Brush 06 Undergrowth
This is one of the larger brush sets built really for Inktober but associated with 'Poison' word prompt. For this one I have added the samples to original thread as Version 02 but the whole Project has been renamed 'Undergrowth' In my Brush list in AD/AP these are named according to their type, So In the Brush list they appear as 'Project Brush 06 - Undergrowth' then Grass | Leaves | Mushroom | Rocks (Project Brush 06 - Undergrowth Mushroom etc!)

These were updated as part of the #days100Commissions Project! but not on forum. The whole set of brushes vector and raster an completely new

Project Brush 20 Pattern is part of original library versions but I brought it into the project sets and streamlined the results. The original Pattern library set contains over 700 brushes! (Which I have not updated/streamlined yet!)

Vegetation Brushes
The vegetation brush sets also part of the original library brushes (Sets 01, 02, 03, 04) and not currently redesigned. I am of the opinion that this set also should be brought into the Project Brush sets and called simply leaf. So Project Brush 26 will be Leaf.. I am as far as the thumbnail *!#

Timescale
All Project Brush sets released to the forum or not! are technically Version 2 with the exception of Project Brush 01 Hungry (as I have not started it yet!) and because they were constructed after AD updates (1.65/1.7) and using the updated brush engine! So any Project Brushes are at this level.

With 1.9+ releases a simple ordering process was added to the brush list.. This means the sets jump around according to names!....Which  is why  I am in the process of changing the naming convention

Also in the process building a set of thumbnails for each Project Brush set!

Installing
When you install the updated versions they should appear as a different name. The old version....well you can keep it or remove it!
So far when the sets get updated I remove the old .zip file and archive it...I have seem no reason to re-visit them so far!

Hope this helps!
