DuctTape Posted October 24, 2018 Author Share Posted October 24, 2018 The subtle layering effect is from using the same settings that were used in the illustrator tutorial. After you mentioned it I realized that I can't use the same settings for the offset. the person used only 5 or 6 pt, I had to bump that up to 20pt to achieve the similar look. firstdefence Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 The difference in pt size is probably because the tutorial document is 72dpi and yours is 300dpi, try doing the same image with a 72dpi document and I dare bet you'll be able to use 5-6pt as per the tutorial.
