Poziomka
HI Is it possible to activate the Photoshop clipping path (embeded in tiff, psd, jpg) in affinity photo, designer or publisher?
Friksel
@Poziomka It's impossible to include a clipping path inside a jpg or a tiff. They cannot contain any vector data.

It could be some software is 'abusing' meta-data of the jpeg to store things like this, but it's definitely nothing the jpeg format itself is capable of or designed for. Nor is the metadata. Jpeg can only store one layer of pixels so it would be a very odd choice to use for things like this if even possible. That's why formats like PSD exist in the first place. dutchshader
I even made a jpg with a clipping path in af photo, and used the clipping path in quark xpress Quote intel core i5, 16GB 128Gb ssd win10 Pro Huion new 1060plus. philips 272p 2560x1440px on intel HD2500 onboard graphics Razer Tartarus Chroma

Poziomka
OK it works with JPEG when it is opened in AP. I didn't try JPD my fault, sorry. However in TIFFs and PSDs it doesn't work and images placed with clipping path to Affinity need to be clipped (extra work if You didn't check the file). My suggestion is to add this feature to all Affinity app and files (TIF, PSD) as well.
