project_2501 Posted October 17, 2018 Share Posted October 17, 2018 I don't know if a recent update changed this behaviour, my memory might be fuzzy. I'm pretty sure that in the past, candidate objects were highlighted (bounding box, centre lines) only when n object was being moved. Now the "Show Snapping Candidates" option seems to set it on all the time - or always off. Please can we have it revert to the previous behaviour because the display gets too crowded when these bounding boxes are on all the time, making it difficult to see the work itself. Thanks! Alfred Posted October 17, 2018 Share Posted October 17, 2018 When the ‘Show Snapping Candidates’ option is turned on, the snapping candidates will always be marked by a purple outline. If you turn that option off but leave ‘Snapping’ turned on, you should see the behaviour that you recall seeing in the past.
