It is a pity, shipping costs are relatively high, to Czech Republic. I have considered to order both books, now in sale, but the shipping costs for both lead to decision not to order them. The part shown here doesn’t include the explanation about arranging for a reduction in shipping charges. There's some reference to some reply on this topic which addresses this problem, but I see no link to that discussion.
