PaRunk
In PagePlus, Publish Setup gave you the option of entering row and column delimiter lines to create a layout grid. This is a very important feature for me because I use it very often to make it easier for me to place my objects.Of course I can use guidelines to create this grid, but it is much more expensive and costs me a lot of time, especially if I have to change it on several master sites at the same time.I ask you to reinsert this feature in Affinity Publisher as well. fde101
There is a grid available already. See also:
fde101
To expand on this, you can set up a grid by selecting Grid and Axis Manager in the View menu. If I am correctly interpreting your example, you would set Mode to Advanced, Grid Type Standard, then set the Spacing and Gutter as needed under First axis (horizontal) and Second axis (vertical). Make sure Show Grid is checked (toward the top) and you can adjust the color and opacity of the grid display at the bottom of the window. Also make sure Snap to grid is checked in the snapping options (down-arrow next to the magnet in the toolbar across the top of the window) if that is your intention.
