The default keyboard shortcuts for page navigation (Next Page, Previous Page) are ctrl+PageUp and ctrl+PageDown. Those can be changed in the Preferences, of course, if you want to use PageUp and PageDown without the ctrl key. When I use those shortcuts, I see the next or previous page in the editing area, and the pages in the Pages panel also move up/down.
