Resizing pasted image poor looking

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Newbie ...

Years on Photoshop... copy an image ie: logo, paste into new image, resize smaller in this case ... looks good.

Trying this on Affinity Photo ... image looks terrible ... even when scaling smaller!?

What am I missing here?  Working in 72dpi/to 72dpi. for web.

Need to solve this asap!

Thanks,

dje

Hello MEB,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes the Best Quality was selected in Prefs.

I guess I need to be assured that this is my problem and not the AP app problem, and that you're getting a clean image when you paste in a logo or something and resize it using the "Move Tool" selected image handles.

Thx again,

Dje
