scottfwalter Posted October 9, 2018 Share Posted October 9, 2018 All, I want to include Affinity Photo in my workflow with Lighroom. I've enabled "Enable save over imported PSD files". I see the message ""Incompatibilities between the Affinity format and PSD may cause certain document features to get rasterized or lost". My question is there a list or support document somewhere on what those incompatibilities may be so I can try to avoid them if possible? v_kyr Posted October 9, 2018 Share Posted October 9, 2018 No, you have to search through the forum postings in order to find out about all possible PSD file incompatibilities. - For example it doesn't support PSD Smart Objects, these are imported as rasterised layers (flattened) instead. Also note that the Affinity apps don't export PSD text in an editable manner, text will be rasterized instead on export. Etc.
