Using the proper term (PPI) would be a great feature of a 2.0 release.    😃   I'd upgrade just for that.

Well, lit's a kind of a minor point as someone pointed out...but my response is that while it's a "trivial" thing it is also extremely trivial to fix..... so why not? Professional software should be professional in its terminology. Avoids confusion....

It would be a "fix", if something was broken.
But Serif has repeatedly confirmed that he chose this designation on purpose - so there is nothing to "fix".

Well, I admitted it didn't change functionality. So in that sense nothing is broken. My bad in my own terminology. So I will rephrase: It would be trivial to change the designation to bring it in line with 30 years of industry standard terminology, thus adding clarity and consistency to a concept that many people struggle with.

I strongly agree that DPI should be changed to PPI if PPI is what Affinity Publisher means by DPI. I am fairly new at graphics work and this wrong use of terminology has greatly confused me and set me back days in my learning curve and productivity. In fact, all (or most) of my image files are wrong and now I will need to redo them now that I know when Affinity Publisher states DPI they mean PPI. To name PPI as DPI is amateurish.
