Schwabby 1 Posted October 3, 2018 I am trying to make the switch from the laptop to my iPad Pro. All of my files are in Box.com. Is there a way to import a file or image from Box.com to affinity? thanks!
stokerg 304 Posted October 3, 2018 Hi Schwabby and Welcome to the Forums, When you use the Import/Open from Cloud option in Affinity, you should see Box as an option listed under locations. If not, tap on Edit and you should be able to enable it
Schwabby 1 Posted October 4, 2018 Perfect! Not sure if Place Image is the same as Import/Open (assuming so) but that worked! Thank you so much! This really is an amazing app. schwabby 1 stokerg reacted to this
DM1 409 Posted October 5, 2018 @Schwabby Place image will place an image layer into your project. You can check in the layer studio and see whether the layer are labelled pixel or image. If you want to edit that 'placed' layer at the pixel level you will need to 'rasterize' the Layer first. The Rasterize option is listed in the Command menu. This converts the image layer to a pixel layer. IPad Pro 10.5 512GB iOS 12.1 Affinity Photo 1.6.11.85 Affinity Design 1.6.4.
