Tina2
Hello, I need some snow backgrounds for professional work. I normally just convert photos from RAW to Jpeg. I haven't learned much else. I need to take some photos with object and need a sky with snow in the background. I can't use and buy those backgrounds from websites. I just learned to make a snow brush and paint snow into a photo. It doesn't look that good and I don't have time to do that with every photo. Isn't there another way? A faster way? Sort of a photo which I can lay over an existing photo that shows snow? Sorry, I don't quite know how to explain that. I don't know what I need to use. I basically need blue sky with snowflakes. The snowflakes shouldn't just be behind my objects otherwise it won't look realistic. Otherwise it would snow behind my objects only. Tina2
Thank you very much. Someone posted a beautiful snow brush in the thread. How do I get that into Affinity. That photo looks amazing. Such a realistic snow.

Download it, unzip it, and then import the extracted *.afbrushes file via the Brushes panel. firstdefence
Had to have a play, The trees were done by selecting, copy and paste to a new layer the turn the blend mode to negation and use a textured brush to erase bits. The snow is just a simple blurred brush with a few tweaks in the brush settings then layer in different sizes to get some depth.
