byttmaxwell
When I open a new untitled file and set the dimensions as follows: 1490 x 477 pixels and 72 DPI it opens at 228% zoom. It looks pixelated when I take it back down to 100% and really small. I have downloaded this software about 10 times to see if that will correct it. It hasn't. No matter what file size it opens at this high zoom and when I decrease the size the quality goes away.
firstdefence
When creating a new document the zoom level for the new document is normally "fit to screen" so whatever size you have your app window sized at it will fit to that screen, this means the zoom level is variable, so a few questions... Operating System? Monitor size? Do you use Affinity Photo with the window maximised?
