wheeelan Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 I'm trying to export a file to PSD but it will not open in Photoshop or Preview after export. Staff MattP Posted April 1, 2015 Staff Share Posted April 1, 2015 Hi wheelan, First question is: Are you using the Designer Beta or the Mac App Store version (or are you using Affinity Photo Beta?) I think the only way we'll really know what's going on is if you're able to email a version of your file to support@seriflabs.com and we can get Ben (who wrote the PSD export) to have a look at what's happening. The PSD export is usually very robust and happy, so if you've created a failure case, we need to look at fixing it! :) Your file would only be used for the purposes of fixing this issue and would be deleted afterwards, obviously :) Thanks in advance, Matt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
