Hallo ! ich habe ein Problem mit dem Öffnen eines Bildes. Das Programm Affinity Photo lässt sich problemlos starten, wenn ich jedoch ein Bild öffnen möchte erscheint die Fehlermeldung: "Unverarbeiteter Ausnahmefehler. Ein unverarbeiteter Ausnahmefehler ist aufgetreten und das Programm kann nicht weiter ausgeführt werden." Als Referenz erscheint ein sich ständig ändernder Code. Unter dem Reiter "Datei" lässt sich nichts öffnen, egal ob mit "Neu", "Öffnen" oder einem sonstigen Unterpunkt. Dieser Fehler erscheint sowohl in meinem lokalen wie auch in meinem Administratorkonto, egal ob über WLAN oder LAN. Eine Neuinstallation des Programms bringt auch keinen Erfolg. Wer kann helfen ?
