leechi
hi, when using hue/color tool in photoshop and opening .psd in affinity photo i get different visual results mostly being a result of the primitive hue/sat tool in affinity. (my guess anyway). is there a workaround or did i miss something? would love to start using affinity photo professionally in b2b but this is kind of a deal breaker
Staff Gabe Posted September 28, 2018 Staff Share Posted September 28, 2018 Hi @leechi, Welcome to the forums. Our Hue/sat Adjustment layer does not have the option to manually select the colour range as it does in Photoshop. You only have standard C,M,Y,R,G,B values, with a default, locked fall-off for each colour. Thanks, Gabe.
leechi
thanks Garbriel for the reply. is this something we can expect further down the road?
Staff Gabe Posted September 28, 2018 Staff Share Posted September 28, 2018 I'm afraid we do not have an ETA for this. moved to feature requests.

Fixx
If you are talking about this it is quite adjustable now. Gabe
craigleeus
I would also like to see a PS style Hue/Saturation adjustment layer option. HSL is OK, but PS's Hue/Saturation is more flexible, and including a color picker would really help.

craigleeus
After learning the tool better, I have found that the HSL adjustment is more capable than I originally realized.
